Samsung offering free extended battery with Galaxy Nexus purchase

Samsung is offering a treat for those that purchase a Google Galaxy Nexus smartphone direct from the company: it is throwing in a 2100mAh extended battery and matching rear cover for free with the purchase of the phone. Samsung says the extended battery provides users an average of 2 hours of additional battery life over the stock 1850mAh battery. The promotion runs from now through May 10, or while supplies last, and applies to the LTE version of the Galaxy Nexus offered by Verizon.
