Samsung blames carriers for Galaxy S II Android 4.0 update delay

It's not uncommon for unlocked handsets to be the first to get the latest software updates from a manufacturer, but it seems like that is not the case for owners of unlocked versions of the Samsung Galaxy S II in the UK. Samsung points its finger at the carriers as to why the update is delayed for unlocked handsets.
