Regional carrier nTelos has revealed that it will be the fifth carrier in the U.S. to offer the Apple iPhone 4S and iPhone 4 on April 20. nTelos has about 400,000 subscribers and operates networks in Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Kentucky. The carrier plans to undercut the national carriers with its pricing for the iPhone 4S and iPhone 4, as it will offer them for $50 less than the competition. The 16GB iPhone 4S will sell for $149 with a new two-year contract, while the 32GB and 64GB models will sell for $249 and $349, respectively. The iPhone 4 with 8GB of storage will be sold for $49. nTelos is offering unlimited data plans with the iPhone, but it says that users that exceed 5GB of data usage in a given month will see their speeds throttled.
