Sony Mobile Communications, the mobile arm of Sony that was formed after it bought out Ericsson's share of the Sony Ericsson joint venture, has announced that Kunimasa Suzuki has been named president and CEO of the company starting May 16. Suzuki replaces Bert Nordberg, who was the CEO of Sony Ericsson. Nordberg will assume the role of Chairman of Sony Mobile Communications' board.
